I've currently completed Week 5 ...Hi Shannon,

I've currently completed Week 5 Day 3 of the C25K and think it's possibly the best thing I've ever done. It's such an empowering activity (running) and something I have to admit, I never thought I'd be able to do! Keep up the good work, and having a goal at the end is a great idea. I've been blogging about my experiences, so feel free to check it out if you like :)

the-resolution-revolution.blogspot.comThe Procrastination Princess aka Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03322040453219087792noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4626018339864604040.post-65287339505476108612011-02-23T21:11:52.114+00:002011-02-23T21:11:52.114+00:00wow! 13 miles, i think, is a half marathon... I...wow! 13 miles, i think, is a half marathon... I'm always impressed by peoples' abilities to run that far in one go.
Thanks for the encouragement! I'm excited that we'll both be able to run a 5k in the spring! too bad we're not closer, or we could do it together :)

Someday when you vacation in Ireland (*wink, wink*) or when i vacation in Alaska - we should try to do something like that together! What a fun memory that would be!!!Shannon Angelhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01182345011572987010noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4626018339864604040.post-72477243718650610872011-02-23T21:00:40.374+00:002011-02-23T21:00:40.374+00:00Not doing the program, but definately planning on ...Not doing the program, but definately planning on running a few races this summer! Scott did a half marathon last year, and I'd SO love to be able to do that, but I think I'll have to wait a while to see if I could live through it! But I know that by this spring I'll be able to at least do a 5K....kinda excited! I seriously need to start training though! Good luck and good job, Shannon! Keep it up!George and Heidi Skinnerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03468602516551269799noreply@blogger.com
